Job Scope:
✅Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
 ✅Prepare shipping and import/export documents
✅Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
✅Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams
✅Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
✅Min Diploma and above
✅Min 1 year relevant customer service experience
✅Only Singaporean may apply
