About Us
Swim Monkey Swim School runs private swim lessons for babies, toddlers, and children with additional needs, at condo pools across Singapore.
What You'll Do
- Teach small groups (max 4 students) of babies, toddlers, or children with additional needs
- Build rapport and adapt your approach to each child's pace and needs
- Keep the pool environment safe, calm, and encouraging
- Update parents on student progress
Who We're Looking For
- Studying or graduated in Early Childhood Education or Special Needs Education (e.g. Ngee Ann, Temasek, SEED, KLC, AIC, Thomson, SUSS, NIE, ITE Higher Nitec in ECE)
- Comfortable and confident around babies (from 6 months) and children with additional needs
- No swimming certification needed — we train you from scratch and get you certified
- Reliable, patient, and able to commit consistently
- Available BOTH Saturday and Sunday, full day (roughly 8am–7pm) — this is essential, not flexible and weekdays evening.
What We Offer
- $40–50 per class once teaching independently
- Full training programme (7 sessions over ~3 weeks) to get you confident and certified
- A clear path to more classes as you grow with us
- Hands-on mentorship from our head coach
