Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs and end users.
Conduct customer visits, understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations/proposals and support commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Review technical specifications and engineering drawings for project requirements.
Support customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and customer records in CRM/SAP HANA.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.

Job Requirements

NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Diploma/Degree in related Engineering discipline.
Preferably 2–5 years’ experience in Technical Sales, BD, Solution Selling, Industrial Automation, Engineering or Project Engineering.
Candidates without sales experience may be considered with strong technical aptitude and interest in customer engagement.
Able to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
AutoCAD, electrical single-line diagrams and CRM/SAP HANA knowledge advantageous.
Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused.
