Digital Ambassador (Community Outreach)

- 5 days/week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend), 9am – 6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10pm as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Engage seniors at community outreach events and community facilities to promote digital participation programmes and mobile app usage.
- Support onboarding activities, including registration, briefings, and one-to-one assistance for app set-up and navigation.
- Respond to residents’ queries and coordinate on-site arrangements with staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain participation records, prepared activity reports, and supported administrative and operational duties.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- At least a GCE 'A' Level with minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience.
- Prior experience as a Digital Ambassador would be an advantage.
- Comfortable with working shifts and doing community outreach.
