Part-Time Beauty Host
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering Exceptional Guest Experience: Greets and engages every guest warmly, making them feel seen, valued, and welcomed. Builds lasting relationships using clienteling practices, actively listening to guests, understanding their lifestyles and preferences, and offering personalized product advice and beauty rituals to craft meaningful, memorable experiences that encourage loyalty.
- Driving Sales and Business Performance: Strives to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling, expert product demonstrations, and tailored precious moments. Confidently uses POS systems, clienteling, and relational platforms to maintain accurate guest profiles, ensure data compliance, and foster repeat visits.
- Brand & Product Expertise and Storytelling: Maintains deep knowledge of L’Occitane en Provence products, brand heritage, benefits, ingredients, and current marketing campaigns to confidently educate and inspire guests. Shares the brand story, sustainability values, and sensory benefits of products, incorporating signature rituals that deepen guest connection. Applies learnings from training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously elevate guest experiences.
- Boutique Presentation and Operations: Supports high visual merchandising standards, executes window and campaign displays, and manages stock replenishment, unpacking, and inventory counts. Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the boutique, back office, and staff areas. Adheres to company policies, retail SOPs, grooming guidelines, and health & safety standards.
