Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 11.00am - 1.00pm

Salary: $2,200 - $2,400


Responsibilities

  • Assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app) and to study customers’ behavior for visiting branches.
  • Identifying customer's needs at point of entering the branch and to capture customer's behavior by completing a checklist.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service oriented
  • Stand for long hours
  • Singaporeans only
