Production Operator [DAPH]
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Working Location: Tai Seng
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery involved in cheese processing, mixing, molding, cutting, and packaging.
- Assist in curd handling, salting, pressing, and other cheese-making steps following standard procedures.
- Ensure all products meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards according to company and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any operational issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with GMP and HACCP guidelines.
- Accurately record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and process parameters.
- Support inventory control by moving raw materials, ingredients, and finished products as required.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous
- Comfortable working in cleanroom and chilled Environment
