Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Special Purpose Machinery
- Position Title: Logistics cum Driver | Logistics Assistant
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming raw materials and goods while ensuring proper storage, labelling, and documentation.
- Replenish production materials using the Kanban system and support daily warehouse operations, including inventory organisation and 5S housekeeping standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for delivery while maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.
- Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, inventory audits, and report any material discrepancies or defects to the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with Sales teams, external warehouses, customers, and suppliers to support order fulfilment, deliveries, collections, and smooth inventory movements.

- Experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Valid Class 3 driving license required for the Logistics cum Class 3 Driver role (min 1-year of driving experience).
- Forklift license is an advantage.
