Position Title: Production Operator cum QC Inspector
Working Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Operate precision machines to cut materials according to engineering drawings.
Perform machine setup, tooling changes, adjustments, and first-piece checks.
Conduct QC, final inspection, and packing.
Troubleshoot basic machine/process issues and meet production KPIs.
Maintain accurate production, scrap, rejection, and abnormality records.
Follow health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Secondary School or Technical qualification.
2 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience.
Able to operate machines independently, including setup, tooling changes, and basic adjustments.
Able to read simple 2D drawings and handle tooling up to 10 kg safely.
Die-cutting and Smart-Scope/inspection experience are advantageous.
Familiar with QC processes and ISO 9001.
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
