Position Title: Site Coordinator (Interior Design / Renovation)
Working Location: East Region
Working Hours: 6 days (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + VB
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Review project contracts, drawings, specifications, and renovation scope.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure work follows the design and schedule.
Monitor site progress, deliveries, outstanding work, and defect rectification.
Conduct site checks and report progress, issues, or delays to the Interior Designer.
Assist homeowners with site enquiries and project handover.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible, reliable, and able to complete assigned tasks.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
No prior interior design or renovation experience is required; training will be provided.
