Job Summary:

Basic Salary: $2300
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Working Location: Senoko Loop
No OT + VB + Yearly Increment

Job Responsibilities:

Prepared project cost estimates, quotations and budgets based on project requirements.
Prepared, reviewed and administered tender documents and contracts.
Managed variation orders (VOs), progress claims and final accounts, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Liaised with customers on quotations, Purchase Orders (POs) and other commercial matters.
Built and maintained strong customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
Maintained proper project costing, contractual and commercial documentation.
Supported other ad-hoc project, costing and contract-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC or GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the same or similar industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication and coordination skills.
