Job Summary:
Love meeting new people and being part of a lively team? We’re looking for enthusiastic part-time crew members to help serve great food and smiles. The Flexi Part Time crew is responsible for baking breads, cakes and0 decorating on menu items. They are also in charge of preparing and serving food/beverages to customers while also performing cashiering duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guest in a warm and friendly manner.
- To provide excellent customer service to guest in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
- Upsell promotional items.
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
- Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties.
- Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
- Assist in dishwashing duties as and when required.
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Good command of spoken English
Education
- Min. GCE "N"/"O" Level, customer service certificate or any related fields.
Experience
- No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B.
- Pleasant, friendly, and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to commit min. of 4 days (including 1 weekend)/ 20 hours per week for at least 4 to 6 months.
