Your Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads
  • Understand customers’ needs
  • Recommend suitable products
  • Convert leads into sales
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Follow all regulatory and quality standards

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of telemarketing, telesales, or call centre experience
  • Financial services or insurance experience is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, confident, and customer-focused
