What You’ll Do
🍱 Prepare & cook Japanese dishes to brand standards
🍱 Ensure food quality, hygiene & safety compliance
🍱 Support smooth kitchen operations & service flow
🍱 Guide and train junior kitchen staff
🍱 Maintain cleanliness, stock control & minimise wastage
