What You’ll Do
- Deliver professional and welcoming passenger service at check-in counters and departure gates.
- Assist passengers with travel documents, flight information and general enquiries.
- Support passengers requiring special assistance and provide personalised customer service.
- Perform passenger service system transactions and support premium lounge operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts on a 6-day work week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
