Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and support the service team.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage daily manpower deployment.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
- Prepare operational reports and perform administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore food safety regulations.
- Support the achievement of operational and customer service KPIs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations.
- Able to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.
