⏰ 8:00am – 5:15pm
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Manage and monitor the daily equipment calibration schedule.
- 📋 Track calibration due dates and plan calibration activities in advance.
- 🗂️ Send calibration schedules and reminders to Production.
- 🔧 Coordinate with manufacturing technicians to ensure equipment is surrendered on time.
- 🧾 Arrange equipment collection, delivery, and onsite calibration with external vendors.
- 🤝 Follow up with vendors via email and telephone.
- 🔧Perform basic equipment troubleshooting when required.
- 📋Review calibration certificates and supporting records after calibration.
- ✅Maintain accurate and audit-ready calibration records.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 🎓 Min Nitec/Higher Nitec
- 📚 Basic understanding of quality/technical concepts (training provided!)
- 🛠️ Relevant calibration, metrology, QC equipment or instrumentation experience
- 🗣️ Good written and verbal communication in English
