3 Months Contract [Conversion Opportunity]
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 515PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage equipment calibration activities according to schedule.
- Plan and arrange calibration with external service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and equipment information in the system.
- Monitor calibration due dates and follow up on any overdue or calibration issues.
- Maintain and update the site calibration master list.
- Process and verify vendor invoices for calibration services.
- Support internal and external audits on calibration-related matters.
- Ensure calibration processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA QMSR, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure calibration activities are completed on time.
