What you'll do:
- Lead and roster the store team
- Own store sales targets and daily performance
- Administrative execution: rosters, stock counts, reporting, paperwork
- Uphold Fore's beverage and service standards
- Train and develop the baristas
- Store P&L awareness and cost control


Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a coffee shop or reputable F&B outlet in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong administrative and paperwork ability
- Track record on sales targets or store performance
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- Coffee knowledge is a strong plus
- Able to work weekends and public holidays on roster
