Customer Service/Shipping Coordinator (GROSS UP TO $3000/West)

Job Summary
• Basic Salary: $2300-$2600 (Depending on relevant experiences)
• Working Location: Clementi/Tuas (Transport provided for Tuas 🚌)
• Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday - 8am-12pm
• OT is payable after official working hour
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery
• Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules
• Liaise with warehouse for shipments
