Job description
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused FOOT REFLEXOLOGIST to join our team. You will provide professional foot reflexology and body wellness treatments while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments.
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Promote suitable treatments, packages, and products when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment areas.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Work closely with the team to achieve service and sales targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in foot reflexology, massage, or wellness services preferred.
- Good knowledge of foot reflexology techniques.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
