About the Role
We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Executive to support our day-to-day shipping, import/export, warehouse and inventory operations.
This role is suitable for candidates who are organised, detail-oriented and interested in building a career in shipping and logistics. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics agencies and the warehouse team to ensure shipments and inventory are managed smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Purchase goods from local and overseas suppliers
- Prepare and process import/export and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with logistics agencies on shipment clearance and arrival
- Arrange shipments and export of goods
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on incoming containers and ensure goods are received in good condition
- Work with the warehouse team on picking, packing, strapping and palletising goods for export
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Assist with data management and basic sales/cost analysis
- Communicate with overseas suppliers in Chinese
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in any field
- Candidates with shipping, logistics, import/export or warehouse coordination experience are preferred
- Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in shipping/logistics are welcome — training will be provided
- Able to communicate in Chinese with overseas suppliers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organised, responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable coordinating with both office and warehouse teams
- Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage
