Job Scope:
- Check and verify lucky draw submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Inform winning recipients via email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of all submissions and communications
Requirements:
- Min. A-levels/Diploma/Degree
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data that will be audited
- Good written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and follow processes precisely
- Immediate availability preferred
