  • Assisting the HR Director on handling full spectrum of the HR and Administrative related issue
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll and compensation including but not limited to employee relations, orientation and induction programs, on-boarding for new hires
  • In charge of back-charge of salary for intercompany billing
  • To handle employee’s disputes, queries, appeals feedback promptly in a professional manner and implementing HR policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Assisting in Human Resource related documentation eg. Letter of Employment, letter of offer, Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter, memo and etc
  • Responsible for staff engagement/welfare/communication activities
  • Responsible for MOM work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, IPA application and other related matters
  • Manage and handle exit clearance process including IR21 submission to IRAS for foreign employees
  • In-charge of submission of MOM survey and Headcount report to Taiwan
  • Administration of staff bi-yearly and yearly appraisal
  • Ensure timely verification of TMS timesheet
  • Administration of all Pro-family leave claims and NS make-up pay claim
  • Able to read and write Chinese
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
