Job Scope – Recruitment Executive
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Beauty Advisors, Beauticians and other retail/beauty positions
- Actively source suitable candidates through FastJobs, MyCareersFuture, social media and other recruitment channels
- Search for and approach potential candidates directly
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening
- Contact and follow up closely with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
- Follow up with successful candidates on offers, start dates and onboarding
- Maintain an active candidate database/talent pool
- Work towards recruitment targets and fulfil manpower requirements

Assist with other recruitment and HR administrative duties when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking candidates
Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills
Proactive and comfortable approaching potential candidates
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets
Experience recruiting for beauty, retail ,sales roles , F&B will be an advantage
Singaporeans / PRs welcome to apply
