Order Processor - Healthcare @Penjuru (Singaporean Only) salary $2500 -2 years contract
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of healthcare products.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of products in line with GDP and company SOPs.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory records.
- Monitor product shelf life and manage First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) / First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory principles.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Procurement, Finance, Sales) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Support product returns, quarantine, and disposal processes in accordance with healthcare compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure documentation is always audit-ready.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Requirements
Working Location: Penjuru
Working Hours: 7.30am to 5.15pm
Qualifications Required: Secondary
