Inventory Assistant (Central Kitchen)

Job Description:
- Stock Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels. Assist with stock receiving, physical counting, and organized stock arrangement within the warehouse.
- Documentation: Open Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO); ensure all paperwork is filed and documented correctly to maintain an organized audit trail.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle inventory transfers between outlets and the warehouse. Coordinate closely with the Central Kitchen Chef to facilitate these transfers.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track inventory movement, update digital records, and diligently collect and record daily wastages.
- Stock Taking : Assist in regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches system records (physical inventory counts).
- Quality Control: Record and monitor temperature logs for storage areas (where applicable) to ensure food safety standards.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office area and assist with general administrative tasks. May liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to process and verify incoming invoices.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum N-Level qualifications or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary; however, a relevant background in logistics or SAP is an advantage. (Training will be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
Working Days: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 7am to 4.30pm)
