Job Functions & Summary: Responsible for leading daily security operations and supervising Security Officers to ensure security procedures, systems and protocols are effectively implemented, maintaining a safe and secure environment for members, guests, staff and visitors.
SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily security operations and oversee Security Officer deployment.
- Ensure compliance through patrols, inspections and operational checks.
- Monitor CCTV, access control and alarm systems; report faults.
- Respond to security incidents, fire, medical emergencies and accidents.
- Conduct shift briefings and coach Security Officers.
- Liaise with the outsourced security agency on manpower and performance.
- Ensure first aid kits, AEDs and emergency equipment remain serviceable.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, security records and shift handovers.
- Support Club events, traffic, access and crowd management.
- Promote professionalism, teamwork and service excellence.
Requirements & Competencies
- Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Motivated, quality-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse, multi-ethnic environment.
