Job Scope (General):
- Provide support for the daily operations of the clinic or department
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient-related inquiries
- Assist healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Communicate and coordinate information with relevant departments
- Carry out duties specific to the assigned role as required
Requirements:
- GCE N / O / A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma
- No prior experience needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
- Able to commit for at least 3 months & above!
