Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays
Location: Punggol
Contract: Immediate until January 2026 - extendable based on business needs & performance
Salary: $2760/month
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Enquiries
Respond promptly to phone calls and emails regarding matriculation processes, student/concession cards, and updates to personal particulars. - Student Administration
Assist with requests related to Change of Programme, Student Status Letters, replacement cards, and personal data updates.
Handle inquiries on Leave of Absence, Programme Withdrawal, Credit Exemption, Course Enrolment exercises, and Tuition Grant matters. - Document Verification & Follow-Up
Verify matriculation information and supporting documents for accuracy.
Correspond with learners to ensure timely submission of outstanding documents and compliance with matriculation requirements. - Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with Programme Leaders for necessary approvals.
Coordinate with appointed clinics to manage medical examination matters. - System & Process Support
Assist with system testing and provide administrative support for all matriculation-related activities. - Feedback & Service Delivery
Receive and manage feedback from learners and parents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Distribute student and concession cards accurately
Requirements
· Min. Polytechnic Diploma or A-Level qualification
