Role Summary
Position: Pastry Section Lead
Lead chilled pastry, cream, filling and finishing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan chilled-pastry production and staffing
- Check creams, fillings, temperature, weights and finishing
- Manage cold chain, labels, storage, waste and hygiene
- Train staff and correct quality issues
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years in pastry, dessert or chilled production.
- Education: Nitec
- Language: Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred.
- Other Requirements: Able to lead a production section and work early shifts.
- Key Skills: Pastry, creams, fillings, cold chain, quality, training
