We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Patient Service Associate to support daily clinic operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are keen to gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with patient registration and appointment coordination
Manage patient records and perform data entry
Attend to general patient enquiries
Provide administrative and operational support to doctors and clinic staff
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Candidates without prior clinic experience are welcome to apply
Clinic or healthcare experience will be an advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Good communication, organisational and administrative skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
