Job Description

Position Title: QC Technician
Working Location: Loyang Way
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections on precision parts.
Conduct FAI, incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
Prepare CMM measurement and inspection reports.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
Perform inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometres.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on quality issues and inspection requirements.
Maintain inspection and calibration records.
Support customer quality requirements and other QA/QC activities when required.

Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in CMM operation and dimensional inspection is preferred.
Knowledge of FAI, engineering drawings, and GD&T is an advantage.
Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or other CMM software is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Manufacturing or precision engineering experience is preferred.
