For Part-Timers, do apply if you:
- Want to be professionally trained as a Barista
- Can commit long-term and wish to work during school term, i.e. not just a holiday job
Job Details:
(1) Part-Time Café Crew (Experienced) $12-14/h + CPF
- Min. 2 X 6h AM Shifts per week until fully trained (~ 3-4 wks), then flexible
(2) Part-Time Café Crew (No previous F&B Experience)
- Starting pay $11/h + CPF. Pay will go up over time to $13/h + CPF
- Min. 3 X 6h AM Shifts per week until fully trained (approx. 6 weeks)
- Shift Timings
River Valley: 7.15am-1pm, 7.15am-5pm
Novena: 7.30am-3pm, 7.30am-6pm
- During initial 1-2 months training period, you need to put down min. 4 shifts availability per week & we will choose at least 3
- After training, min 1 weekend AM shift per week during school term
- Pls note: If you don’t have much experience, first 2 weeks of training will be at River Valley before you can work at our Novena café
- All meals provided for staff. Free parking available for River Valley
For Full-Timers, do apply if you:
- Have experience in F&B and would like to work as an all-rounder and also be trained as a Barista
- Salary Range is $2300-$2500 for regular crew and $2600-$2900 for Supervisor / Asst Manager
Other Jobs:
(A) Part-Time Ingredients Prep & Baking Assistant (Muffins, Banana Bread, etc)
- No experience needed, we have all our fixed recipes
- 2-3 weekdays, 12pm-6pm (Timing more flexible after training period)
(B) Part-Time Assistant Manager
- Must have previous supervisor experience & can commit to long-term every week Fri + Sat + Sun
(C) Experienced PT / FT Barista
- Specialty Coffee only. Skills from quick-serve outlets eg. Starbucks, Coffee Bean irrelevant.
