Location: Paya Lebar Airbase

Working days: Mon to Fri (OT if required)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery and inspection of all incoming materials, ensuring reconciliation with purchase orders in accordance with company standards
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the inventory management system by supervising timely updates of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Lead and monitor daily operations for receipt, binning, system posting, material records, and issuance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Supervise the receipt and unpacking of materials and supplies, ensuring appropriate handling and proper storage procedures
Review and report any damages or discrepancies identified during goods receipt, initiating corrective actions where necessary
Manage the packing and preparation of parts for shipment and dispatch, ensuring all shipping requirements and documentation are met

Job Requirements

Min O Level
Minimum 3–4 years experience in a warehouse/store environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a must
