👩🏻💻 Customer Service Associate (Live Chat) | 💵 Up to 3.3k/month | BONUS!
Location: Eunos OR Raffles Place
Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Salary: Up to 3.3k/ month (1 month completion bonus)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
1. Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/live chats in a professional, efficient, accurate
and prompt manner
2. Resolve customers’ / financial representatives’ complaints and problems at first touchpoint
resolution with good closure
3. Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system
4. Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers / financial representatives
5. Assess appeals and put up recommendation to Managers/Head/HOD
6.Perform additional or overtime duties during operational exigencies when required
7.Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects when delegated by management
Requirements:
- Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
- High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude
- Singaporeans only
