Clinic Assistant / Customer Service - 3 / 6 months

Job Scope
- Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications
- Perform proper patient check in and discharge them timely based on orders
- Assist with doctor’s requests including chaperone duties
- Ensure that all patients' documents are scanned and filed away securely
- Ensure counters and workstations are well maintained
- Ensure safe handling of patients’ privacy and data confidentiality
Requirement
- Minimum GCE O Level and above
- Able to commit for min 3 months
