Time: 9-6pm Monday to Friday
Location: 4 Pandan Crescent,Singapore 128475
The main responsibilities will include:
• Conduct QC checks, including testing repaired units to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Record videos during the testing of repaired robot vacuums.
• Upload the testing videos to YouTube and update the relevant information in our internal system.
• Drain and clean the remaining water from the dirty and clean water tanks before returning the units to customers. A suction pump will be provided for this task.
• Move robot vacuums between different areas within the service centre as required.
Requirements:
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic computer usage and system updates.
• Able to understand and operate basic robot vacuum functions for testing purposes.
• Able to carry robot vacuums weighing 20kg+ between different areas of the service centre.
• Responsible, careful and willing to handle hands-on aftersales work.
