Job Scopes:
- Set up and operate automated assembly machines
- Operate production and loading machines while following strict safety procedures
- Perform component and final assembly, including packing and palletizing of products
- Follow process sheets and Operating Work Instructions (OWI)
- Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product quality
- Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Handle and move materials using lifting equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys
- Assist with basic machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain daily 5S practices
- Comply with all company policies, security requirements, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations
- Meet daily production output targets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Able to perform basic machine setup and operate automated production equipment
- Able to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges for quality inspection
- Able to identify and report basic machine faults
- Willing to work in a manufacturing or production environment
- Willing to work overtime (OT) based on production requirements
