key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business, user and operational requirements.
Analyse current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digitalisation.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Work with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, developers and vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, solution design and UAT.
Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and user needs.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate requirements clearly across business and technology teams.
Support implementation, rollout, risk management and post-implementation activities.
Ensure requirements consider security, privacy, accessibility, data protection and relevant Government standards.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, Systems Analysis or a related field.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
Experience with user stories, functional requirements and process modelling.
Experience working with business and technology teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience in UAT and requirements traceability.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Singapore public sector or a regulated environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with UX/service design, APIs, system integration, cloud or data platforms is an advantage.
