Studio Manager
Jal Yoga | Full-Time | 6-Day Work Week
Jal Yoga is looking for a hands-on and sales-driven Studio Manager to take ownership of our Katong studio’s performance, member experience and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries, leads, trial bookings and follow-ups.
- Convert trial customers into memberships and packages.
- Achieve or exceed monthly studio sales targets.
- Explain packages, prices and promotions confidently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across Yoga and Pilates services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit performance reports.
- Build strong relationships with members and improve retention.
- Follow up with inactive or lapsing members.
- Handle member enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate the Customer Care Executive’s daily duties.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organised and properly maintained.
- Monitor calls, WhatsApp, Vibefam and other communication channels.
- Escalate staffing, maintenance or service issues promptly.
Requirements
- Customer-facing sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality or retail.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing leads and tracking sales performance.
- Confident in handling customer concerns and operational issues.
- Responsible, organised and willing to take ownership of the entire studio.
- Able to guide and coordinate a small studio team.
- Familiarity with the Katong community is an advantage.
Working Hours
- 12:00pm–9:00pm
- Six days per week
- One weekday off
- Must be available on weekends and during peak periods
Compensation
- Basic salary
- Performance incentives based on sales, member experience and retention
- Final package based on experience and suitability
