工作职责：
- 负责接待进入诊所的顾客与病人，提供亲切、专业的服务。
- 使用诊所内部系统登记或查找病人资料。
- 处理病人付款与收据事务。
- 接听电话并为顾客、病人提供资讯或协助。
- 安排及管理病人预约时间，确保诊所运作顺畅。
职位要求：
- 具良好服务态度与沟通能力，亲切有礼。
- 细心、负责，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
- 熟悉电脑操作及基本办公软件。
- 能够于周末及公共假期轮班工作。
- 有相关诊所或医疗前台经验者优先考虑。
