Temp Inside Sales Coordinator
- Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Location: 21 Ubi Road
- Working Days & Hours: Monday - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: up to $15/hr
Job Descriptions:
- Perform data entry, document processing, and data validation accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Handle basic customer enquiries using approved templates.
- Support administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly accurate.
- Able to work independently while following established procedures.
