Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Review resumes, search job portals, and shortlist candidates matching job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule physical or virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Administrative Support: Prepare employment offer letters, raise job requisitions, and track candidate statuses in HR systems.
Onboarding Assistance: Collect documents, run background checks or primary source verifications, and assist with contractor onboarding.
Data Maintenance: Update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

Minimum A Levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication skills
