Key Responsibilities:
- Engage patients and members of the public to promote healthy living.
- Explain health plan benefits, health plans, and available preventive care services.
- Assist individuals with health plan enrolment and the use of relevant digital platforms.
- Answer questions and provide support to patients, residents, and caregivers.
- Encourage regular health screenings, healthy lifestyle habits, and follow-up health reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
