  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ needs and providing personalised product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate product features, craftsmanship and brand values.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Support daily boutique operations, including stock management, replenishment, cashiering and visual merchandising.
  • Handle customer enquiries and after-sales matters professionally while maintaining high luxury retail service standards.
