Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Handle data entry, filing, documentation, and updating of records.
- Assist with preparing reports, forms, summaries, and other documents.
- Manage emails, phone calls, appointments, and basic correspondence.
- Assist with basic follow-ups and coordination with clients, staff, and external parties.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative tasks are completed smoothly.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
