We are looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehousing, packing and material-handling operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, store and issue raw materials to production.
- Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Pack and return empty cassettes to suppliers.
- Collect and arrange disposal of waste materials to assigned vendors.
- Inspect own work and ensure process parameters are verified before starting work.
- Report any operational abnormalities, deviations or safety concerns to the Team Leader.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and organised according to 5S standards.
- Operate forklift and/or reach truck to transport goods and materials within company premises.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures and comply with ISO and OHSAS requirements.
- Support different warehouse processes or equipment as assigned.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of processes or equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift licence and forklift operating experience are required.
- Able to commit to 12-hour day shifts.
- Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work well in a team.
- Training will be provided.
Working Hours
12 Hour Shift
Shift Pattern:
4 Days Work → 3 Days Off → 3 Days Work → 4 Days Off
