Position Title: Chemical Engineering Technician
Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
Working Hours: Rotating 12-hrs Shift (8am - 8pm/ 8pm - 8am)
Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowances + OT + AWS +Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Support the Supervisor in daily plant operations, including sludge pit and weighbridge activities.
Support safe and efficient treatment of DWS and DS.
Monitor and optimize utility consumption.
Monitor DWS and DS hopper levels and coordinate with crane operators to prevent unnecessary plant shutdowns.
Inspect dried sludge regularly and adjust feed rates to maintain required incinerator and dryer temperatures.
Ensure sludge transfer pumps are in good working condition and report issues promptly.
Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions for operational issues.
Conduct routine plant patrols, monitor equipment and processes.
Comply with all EHS requirements.

Minimum NITEC or Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in process operations or a related industrial environment.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
Comfortable working in outdoor environments.
Forklift license is an added advantage.
