No cleanroom or jumpsuit required — work with precision machinery and develop hands-on manufacturing skills.
💰 Salary & Allowances
- Basic salary: $1,300/month
- Daily attendance allowance: $7/day
- Noon shift allowance: $12/day
- OT meal allowance: $5/day
- Housing allowance: $350/month for eligible Malaysian workers
- Additional earnings available through OT
⏰ Working Hours
During probation:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
After training/probation:
- Morning Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm
- Noon Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm
- Monday–Saturday
- Weekly rotating shifts: Morning → Noon → Morning → Noon
🛠️ Your Role
- Set up, adjust and operate precision manufacturing machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts.
- Use micrometers, calipers and precision measuring instruments to check dimensions and surface quality.
- Identify defects or discrepancies and report production issues.
- Follow production procedures, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
✅ Requirements
- 1–2 years of manufacturing, production or factory experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with machines and performing repetitive production tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills — a simple 24-question calculation test will be conducted as part of the selection process. Calculator will be provided.
- Able to work rotating shifts and the required work schedule.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- SPM or equivalent qualification for candidates requiring applicable work pass sponsorship.
